Straton Flooring is an advanced magnesium cement structural flooring board designed for internal and external residential applications, including wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries, balconies and verandas. Engineered using magnesium cement technology reinforced with glass fibre and recycled wood fibres, Straton delivers a lightweight yet exceptionally strong flooring substrate for modern construction.Straton Flooring is manufactured with eco-friendly magnesium sulfate cement technology that provides excellent fire resistance, moisture durability and structural stability.
Its smooth reinforced surface allows tiles to be installed directly onto the board without requiring additional underlay, helping create seamless floor transitions and faster installation.
Straton Flooring contains no crystalline silica, asbestos or formaldehyde, making it a safer and more environmentally conscious alternative to conventional flooring substrates.

Fireproof
Sustainable, non-flammable building material for commercial and residential construction. The fireproof capability can be reached 2–3 hours, and it’s no combustion at 800°C and no flame out at 1200°C.
